Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped from the United Kingdom via standard international shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your shipment’s progress.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 14 days from the date of dispatch. This is an estimate only and can vary depending on the destination country, local postal services, and any unforeseen delays (for example, customs processing or peak seasons).

We endeavour to cover customs and import fees from our end where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed in every case. Depending on the laws and regulations of the country you reside in, your local customs authority may still apply additional duties, taxes, or handling charges when the parcel enters your country. Any such charges, if applied, are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a package is delayed or held by customs, this is unfortunately outside of our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential import charges before placing an order.
